Her Way In started because opportunities and guidance are not equally accessible to all students. As the oldest of four, I often found myself helping my siblings and friends navigate applications, resumes, internships, and programs that weren’t easy to find. I realized that many students—especially women of color—don’t have anyone to guide them, and that makes access unnecessarily difficult.

This platform is my way of closing that gap. Her Way In provides practical resources, mentorship, and curated opportunities—all free and completely online—so that students can focus on learning and growing without feeling lost or overlooked.

Our goal isn’t to tell anyone what to do. It’s to make guidance, resources, and connections easy to find and actually usable, so women of color can confidently take the next step in their education and careers.
