We exist because college women deserve the freedom to choose their own futures. Not futures decided by family, society, or tradition. But futures they design for themselves, starting right now, in college.

We created Her Way In to give college women what they don’t find elsewhere on campus: belief, resources, and community.
Community & Solidarity
A space where college women can connect with other students choosing for themselves. No judgment. No pressure. Just women who understand what it means to break free and who show up for each other through midterms, internship season, and everything in between.
Mentorship & Belief
Real mentors who’ve navigated college and these same pressures and come out the other side. They provide emotional support, practical guidance, and most importantly, genuine belief that college women deserve autonomy over their own futures.
Resources & Opportunity
Access to scholarships, internships, and career opportunities across any field a student chooses. We make visible all the paths that exist beyond what tradition dictates, right when college women need them most.

We help students in law, business, and STEM — and we make sure internships and scholarships are out there for college women no matter their major.

Current college students who feel trapped by family or cultural expectations and want to chart their own course. Students who know deep down their futures should be theirs to decide.

Especially college women navigating multiple cultures, family expectations from home, and the pressure to honor traditions — while also trying to build their own futures during college.
Ambitious Undergraduates
College women who know they want more but don’t know how to get there. Students who need not just opportunity, but the confidence and community to pursue it unapologetically while they’re still in school.
